The album “Morayo” which he dedicated to his late mother, has amassed an impressive 52.8 million streams on Spotify in its opening week, making it the biggest debut for an African album on the platform.
“Morayo” has captivated listeners worldwide with its unique blend of Afrobeats, R&B, and contemporary sounds.
In the 16-track album, Wizkid collaborated with, Brent Faiyaz, Asake, Jasmine Sullivan, Anaïs Cardot, and Tiakola.
