UNIZIK Expels Female Student for Allegedly Assaulting Lecturer

The management of Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) has expelled Goddy-Mbakwe Chimamaka Precious, a 300-level student who allegedly assaulted a lecturer.

The expulsion was announced in a statement by Victor Modebelu, UNIZIK’s acting registrar, on Friday.

A video had surfaced on Wednesday showing Precious engaging in a scuffle with Chukwudi Okoye, a lecturer in the theatre arts department. Following the incident, the university authorities took swift action, leading to Precious’ expulsion.
