Renewed Hope: Warm Christmas as SMEDAN DG Fetes Aniocha South People
In line with the President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope mantra, the Director General, Small Medium Enterprise Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) Mr Charles Odii has put smiles on the faces of Aniocha South people at Christmas.
Mr Odii who doled out 27 units of 25kg bags of rice, 300 units of 10kg bags of rice to the 11 wards in Aniocha South APC also doled out 200 bags randomly to the people totalling 500 bags of 10kg rice.
He urged the people of Aniocha South to keep hope alive as the President Bola Tinubu Renewed Hope mantra is on course and making adequate positive progress as these policies of Mr President are what we need at this time as a nation to grow.
He advised the people and Nigerians in general to support Mr president in this fight to ensure that we have a much better Nigeria in the nearest future, noting that when you fight corruption, corruption will definitely fight back and what we face today is the impact of corruption fighting back and not ill fated policies as painted propagated by a desperate move for power.
He further pleaded with them to stay safe and enjoy the holiday season taking cognizance of the fact that Jesus is the reason for the season.
Receiving the 300 bags of 10 kg rice and 27 bags of 25kg rice at the APC party secretariat in Aniocha South LGA, Wednesday, December 25, 2024, Comrade Norbert Akachukwu Sochukwudima, said “in all honesty, this a clear sign of many more things to come, hope is alive, just like the agenda of our dear president, Renewed Hope agenda and what the DG of SMEDAN has done reaching out to the grassroots, the executive members of the APC across the 11 wards of Aniocha South, his immediate constituency, his local government is a noble one.”
He further stated that “we appreciate him greatly, the rice has been evenly distributed and many are leaving here happy, we have prayed for him and we appreciate him.”
Adding that, “at a time we were worried, because we have been expecting this kind of gesture and we are glad it has finally come and we know more will come by the grace of God, we are grateful.”
Flanked by other executives of the party, the Youth leader Aniocha South, Comrade Austin Utulu, said “at least this time the people will smile, because something like this has never happened before.”
