SSG: Ukah’s Appointment, A Collective Victory – Delta NIPR

The Delta State Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, NIPR has described the appointment of its State Chairman, Chief Patrick Ukah, as the new Secretary to the Delta State government (SSG), as a collective victory for the institute.
In a statement by its Vice Chairman, Mr Godfrey Osakwe, on behalf of NIPR Delta state Chapter, the institute noted that the appointment of Chief Ukah is an exciting feat for the body and commended Governor Ifeanyi Okowa for finding its chairman worthy of such assignment.
Further describing the appointment as well deserved, they prayed for the success of Chief Ukah in his new position, saying, “our Chairman, Ukah will shine more and do us proud in this new role than ever before.”
Chief Patrick Ukah, a renowned private and public figure, was before his appointment as the Secretary to the Delta State Government, the immediate past Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education, and a former Commissioner for Information all under the Governor Okowa’s administration.
