Over 90% of Covenant University Graduates Employable – Oyedepo

The Chancellor of Covenant University, Ota, Ogun, and founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, Dr. David Oyedepo, has revealed that over 90% of the university’s graduates are employable.

Oyedepo made this disclosure in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Monday in Ota, Ogun.

According to Oyedepo, Covenant University has consistently topped the list of Nigerian universities with the most employable graduates, boasting an employability rating of over 90%. “The university’s leadership development studies equipped our graduates with the leadership skills and competencies that prepared them for tasks ahead,” he explained.

Oyedepo further emphasized the significance of the skills acquired by Covenant University graduates, stating, “In addition, these skills equip our graduates with insight and proffer solutions to numerous challenges confronting the nation as well as the global world.”

The renowned pastor and educator also urged institutions to prioritize meaningful research that addresses the nation’s problems, rather than relying on foreign solutions.

He further advised institutions to intensify efforts to embark on more meaningful research that would solve the problems of the nation without depending on foreign solutions.
