Osanebi Bags Students’ Award as He Sponsors 100 Nigerian Students

The Chairman Friday Osanebi Foundation, Rt. Hon. Friday Osanebi has received an award from beneficiary students under the foundation.

The Rt. Hon. Deputy Speaker Delta State House of Assembly who double as the chairman of the foundation on Wednesday May 31, 2017, released Ten million naira for the 2017 undergraduate and post primary education scholarship award of One hundred thousand naira to each students in Delta North Senatorial district, said that he feel very happy seeing young generations smiling.

According to him, most of the talented students in the society have a very low background in terms of financial support to their education, that is why he decided to create the Friday Osanebi Foundation.

The society has done a lot for him and that is why he has to give back to the society.

“This time last year I gave out Ten million naira scholarship award, which I promised to do every year I am very happy today for another tranche of the scholarship award because these students made me proud.”

Adding that after their education there will be an employment plan for them, Osanebi added.

He advised the students to always shun cultism which may likely jeopardized their future.

The Friday Osanebi Foundation scholarship award will enable the beneficiaries pay their school fees and which runs till graduation year in their various tertiary institutions.
