By Iteveh Ekpokpobe

A political analyst and staunch believer of the ‘Not Too Young To Run’ movement, Comr. Frank Mughele has commended the campaigns for registration of eligible voters in the ongoing continuous voters registration exercise of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Mughele in a chat with newsmen, said the campaigns were apparently yielding results adding that with the viral participation, 2019 will be a very interesting year in the country’s democratic history.

According to him, the beauty of democracy lies in the active political participation of the people, defined by the civic responsibility of the masses which is exercising their franchise involving the right to vote and be voted for.

He said, “It is good that Deltans, Nigerians took it as a pain to sensitize the public to know the need of having their Permanent Voters Cards against 2019 election, member or non member of political parties. Evil prevails when the good people are apolitical. It has been a song of the apolitical people that their vote don’t count, but its not true, because their vote is their right and it counts.”

“Special thanks to Comrade Frederick Mosheshe who took it upon himself to print face caps, T-shirts and other means of sensitization materials as part of the GET YOUR PVC project.
