Oba Of Benin Affirms Osazuwa Iduriase As Enogie Of Eyaen

The Omo N’Oba N’Edo Uku Akpolokpolo, Oba Ewuare II, Oba of Benin, has affirmed His Royal Highness, Dr. Osazuwa Aiwerioghene Iduriase as the Enogie of Eyaen Dukedom.

Oba Ewuare II made the pronouncement at “Ogue-Ematon” on Tuesday 3rd October, 2017 while addressing the issue involving one  Sylvester Ukhure who has been parading himself as Enogie of Eyaen.

The Omo N’Oba warned Sylvester Ukhure and Irowa Osabuohien to stop parading themselves as Enogie of Eyaen, pointing out that available facts in the Palace revealed that HRH Dr. Osazuwa Iduriase is the authentic Enogie of Eyaen.

The Palace also discovered that neither Sylvester Ukhure nor Irowa Osabuohien is a member of the family of Enogie of Eyaen.

Speaking, the Enogie of Eyaen, HRH Dr. Osazuwa Aiwerioghene Iduriase expressed gratitude to Oba Ewuare II for the peaceful resolution, describing the Omo N’Oba as an impartial king that has come to restore sanity, peace and progress in Benin Kingdom.

Enogie Iduriase while  pledging his unalloyed loyalty to the Oba of Benin, whom he said as father to all, assured that the resolution of the issue would spur him to continue to do more good things for his people and humanity in general.

The Odionwere of Eyaen, Pa Imagbenikaro Igbinosun thanked the Benin Monarch for his maturity and fairness in resolving the issue, pointing out that Enogie of Eyaen is a leader that accommodates everyone irrespective of religion, tribe or race.
