Nsukwa Clan Mandate Endorses Okowa For Second Term


A social political group ‘Nsukwa Clan Mandate’ (NCM) has endorsed the second term bid of His Excellency, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa.

NCM, representing the 11 autonomous communities of Nsukwa Clan in Aniocha South LGA of Delta State, has encouraged all and sundry to work hard and not lose focus in ensuring the re-election of His Excellency come 2019.

At their inaugural meeting held on the 29th of March, 2018, it was unanimously agreed that the governor has performed beyond expectation thus deserves the overwhelming support of the clan in particular and the state in general.

Nsukwa Clan Mandate with its clear vision of uniting the Clan while pursuing fairness and equity for the clan in the local government area, assured the clan that the group, amongst other things, will;

“Work assiduously to ensure that the clan produces the next member representing the Constituency at the Delta State House of Assembly in line with the zoning arrangement of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) of the Local government area.

“Ensure that henceforth, no external infiltration shall succeed to fan the amber of disunity in the clan. This is underscoring the non-negotiable unity of the clan.

“Ensure strategic alliances that have strong components of mutual respect and understanding with our sister clan.”

Those in attendance at the inaugural meeting were: Hon. Tony Anukwu, Dr. Felix Nwaokolo, Hon. Jeff Okofu, Hon, Chidi Chinedu, Hon. Onyeka Nwaji, Chuks Okpunor, Hon. Prophet Izukwe Victor, Denz Nwoko (JP), Hon. Nwabuenu Chuks, Kenethh Okolo and others.
