Nigeria is Sick, Needs a Man like Waive to Heal it – Enakirerhi

…As over 700 Pastors, Church Leaders Pray for his Victory

The Delta State Chairman of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, (PFN) Bishop Kingsley Enakirerhi has said that Nigeria as a nation is sick and in a dire need of men like Revd. Francis Ejiroghene Waive, an All progressive Party (APC) House of Representative aspirant for Ughelli North, South and Udu Federal constituency to heal it.

Bishop Enakirerhi stated this during a prayer session organised by the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Delta State chapter which attracted over 700 pastors and church leaders of the five blocks of CAN from the three council areas for the electoral victory of the House of Representative hopeful.

Speaking on the topic he titled “Behold the Man,” Bishop Enakirerhi said that though he does not belong to any political party, he and his family will vote and support Waive’s aspiration.

According to him, “It’s a sin to see a believer who will defend your faith and you vote against him. I don’t belong to any party, but I will vote for Waive, he has a godly spirit, and will speak up for the Christian faith.

He did it before at Ekpoma as Student Union President; I can assure you that he will not fail to defend the Church at the House of Representative if supported by the church, because Nigeria is sick and needs men like Waive to heal it.”

Revd. Waive addressing journalists shortly after the event said; “I Am elated, especially when the speaker was given his sermon, I was in tears most of the times because many times we do things we think people don’t notice.

“36 years down the line, he is able to pinpoint different things that I have done, that shows integrity pays, so I am humbled and it gives me a feeling of being on duty and not to disappoint the people who has bestowed so much trust on me, so, I am grateful to God and also to the people who see this quality and values me in a generation where the vices are celebrated.

“They have tasted me and they believe that am someone that can stand for them, so I am looking forward to an election that we are going to win with a very sweeping majority because people across political divide will vote for me, and that is what I always tell my party APC, that I bring a value to the party, people will vote for us and we are winning this election.”
