RE: HALIMS AGODA AND THE PHANTOM FORUM OF APC ASPIRANTS AND CANDIDATES ON A WILD GOOSE CHASE.

Dear Dr. Alex Ofor,

I am constrained to set the records straight in-response to your watering defense because your response failed to address the issues raised against Ogboru your master sofar in the over 4 billion naira election fund saga.

Let me implore you to ask Great Ogboru to tell party faithfuls how much he received on behalf of the party for the elections and how much he disbursed from the entire fund? It is on record that the highest money he Ogboru gave to each local government was 20 million naira for an election in a critical state like Delta.

Ask Ogboru if he complied with the directive of President Buhari on his approved amount to be paid to his election agents? ask Ogboru to tell you if he didn’t divert the monies President Buhari released as payment to party agents as against the directive of the President.

If Ogboru’s answer is to the contrary, tell him to make public his cash disbursement schedule per local government if it will add up with Presidential directive.

Ask Great Ogboru to reveal to you the message he sent the State Chairman Prophet Jones to Dr. Ibe Kachikwu immediate past petroleum minister in-respect of raising funds? ask Ogboru if the funds got to him or not? ask Ogboru to tell you how much was the money?

Ask Ogboru to tell you how much was released to him for the governorship election and how much he disbursed?

For the presidential election, how much was released and how much did Ogboru disburse? ask Ogboru how many people were asked to sign for the entire election money and who received the money eventually? ask Ogboru where was the money that landed in Asaba airport taken to? ask Ogboru what part of the election money was taken to Hampton Hotel Okpanam Road Asaba? ask Ogboru how many installments did the election money come?

Ask Ogboru to open up to you that apart from Engr. Samuel Adjogbe and Dr. Ibe Kachikwu, who were the other people that brought money and how much was the money? ask Ogboru to tell you the role he stationed his son to play at the Presidential campaign office in Asaba? Ask Ogboru to tell you the dirty game he used Solomon Edoja to execute and why they both connived to change the names of candidates who won primary elections and substituted them with his cronies.

Ask Ogboru to tell you how much his cronies were collecting from candidates during the elections? what was Ogboru’s defence for removing the names of strong candidates when confronted? ” if strong candidates emerges, they will impeach me”.As a governor should he had won, how long will it take Ogboru to win over elected House of Assembly members just like Governor Hope Uzodima of Imo did to have warranted him thwarting the electoral destinies of many candidates and aspirants due to his excessive greed and wickedness?

Has Ogboru rights to buy a Prado Jeep to his governorship running mate and his other cronies using funds meant for the party to prosecute an election in the State unilaterally without consultation with party leaders as though he was spending his personal funds? ask Ogboru if that is morally right.

Tell Ogboru to stop being deceptive and come clean by responding to the weighty allegations of his receipt of over 4billion naira election funds and stop being diversionary. Tell Ogboru and his co-travellers that they cannot succeed in this already failed coup.

The man Ogboru and his blind followers claims rode on his back to electoral victory won convincingly in about 5 local government areas whereas your self acclaimed general and ill-prepared governorship candidate merely won two local government areas of 25 local government areas of the state.

For your information, I have details of every transaction that took place during the election and details of all the monies received by Ogboru who took possession of all election funds allocated to Delta State.

I don’t want to be pushed further to expose every detail for party faithfuls to know who truly Ogboru is as the effect of same will put him in a helpless situation.

Those who lives in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones.
