Macaulay, Egbabor, Ogwah Mourn Late Mrs Victoria Ogorugba

Former Secretary to Delta State Government, Comrade Ovuozourie Macaulay, and the Chairman Isoko North Local Government Council, Hon Emmanuel Egbabor have commiserated with the Chairman, Peoples Democratic Party, Isoko North Chapter, Prince Godwin Ogorugba on the passing away of his beloved mother, Late Mrs. Victoria Ogorugba.
While Macaulay in a statement by his Press Secretary, described the deceased as a woman of strong will and mother par excellence, the Council Chairman, Egbabor in a condolence message to the party boss described the mother’s death as a “shock and great loss to the Ogorugba’s family, the people of Otor-Igho community and humanity in general.
The duo described the deceased as a woman of uncommon determination, steadfastness and perseverance, adding that they take solace in the believe that she lived a fruitful and fulfilled life and left a legacy.
They prayed that God Almighty would comfort the party chairman especially and all those who mourned the departed and grant her soul eternal rest.
Hon. Egbabor, on behalf of the government and people of Isoko North Local Government Area commiserated with the Ogorugba family and the Otor-Igho community. “She was a community leader, devoted Christian and evangelist of trust”.
He urged them to be consoled by the knowledge that late Mama Victoria’s contributions to the church and community will not be forgotten, adding, she was a proud mother, not only to the Ogorugba’s family but indeed to all who came around her.
Meanwhile, Delta State House of Assembly hopeful for Isoko North Constituency, Hon. Mike Ogwah, has described the deceased as a mother to all who was upright and just.
Ogwah in a chat with newsmen, said she would be truly missed even as he prayed for God to grant the party Chairman, fortitude to bear the loss.
