Kanye West, Bianca Censori Reportedly Split Amid Controversy

Kanye West and his wife Bianca Censori have reportedly separated, according to sources.

The pair have allegedly sought legal advice regarding a divorce, with entertainment website TMZ reporting that Censori has agreed to a $5 million payout, as stated by the Daily Mail.

The news comes on the heels of a string of controversies surrounding West, including a provocative red-carpet appearance with Censori at the Grammy Awards, where she appeared semi-nude.

The stunt sparked concerns that West was coercing Censori, who has frequently been seen semi-nude during their two years of marriage.

West, who now refers to himself as Ye, subsequently went on a rant on X (formerly Twitter), calling himself a “Nazi” and stating that he had “dominion over” his wife.

“I don’t make her do nothing she doesn’t want to but she definitely wouldn’t have been able to do it without my approval,” he wrote in an unpunctuated all-caps post.

West’s account was later deactivated, although it is unclear whether this was due to a violation of X’s terms or a voluntary decision.

West’s website was removed by e-commerce provider Shopify after it began selling T-shirts featuring a swastika.

Shopify stated that the site had “violated our terms.”

The URL now displays a handwritten message reading “Yeezy stores coming soon.”

Sources close to the couple have suggested that Censori had reached her breaking point, particularly following West’s Nazi T-shirt stunt.

“She’s had enough,” a source told the New York Post. “The swastika shirt was the last straw. She told him that’s not who she is, and that she can’t be associated with that.”

However, right-wing agitator Milo Yiannopolous, who reportedly represents the couple, has denied the split.

“Ye and Bianca are in Los Angeles, about to enjoy Valentine’s Day together. Announcements about their private life will come from them directly, not unsourced rumor in the tabloid press,” Yiannopolous told The Hollywood Reporter.

West was previously married to reality TV star Kim Kardashian, with whom he has four children, before their divorce in 2022.
