“I wish to congratulate the beneficiaries of the Batch A of this program. I am particularly happy because something new is happening in our constituency. This is an innovation I have firm believe on, because skills learned in the course of training can’t be sold unlike the usual kind of empowerment of motorcycles, tricycles (keke) etc which are often sold by the beneficiaries at a price lower than the cost of purchase.” the Lawmaker stated.

While wishing the candidates the best of luck, Hon Onwo assured that the program will be continuous and appealed to those who couldn’t make it in the first batch to be patient as they will be accommodated in subsequent programs.
