I assure you by next week Friday, we will have a new “Ovie elect”, insisting that anyone who undermines his authority will have to contend with him.
Meanwhile Chief Williams Atiti and Chief Solomon Odemero Ojariefe, have assured the people of Idjerhe kingdom of credible members in the 13 man committee that would be set up for the selection of the Ovie elect.
Chief Atiti who spoke to Sapele Mirror Veteran journalist on the procedure of picking the committee members said “we will make sure the members are credible, who will be unbiased in their selection and the people of the kingdom can be rest assured they will have an Ovie elect that they can be proud of.”
On his part, Ojariefe assured that the crisis in the Kingdom will soon be a thing of the past, “we are peace loving people and law abiding, we will make sure we keep to the time frame and I am very sure that by next week, we will be having an Ovie elect, he added.
