Ibas Sworn in as Rivers State Administrator

President Bola Tinubu has officially sworn in Emmanuel Ibas as the Sole Administrator of Rivers State.

As previously reported, the president had earlier declared a state of emergency on Rivers State, suspending the Governor, Vice and all members of the House Of Assembly for six months.
