Happy 53rd Birthday: Speaker Guwor Felicitates Deputy Speaker, Rt. Hon. Arthur Akpowowo

Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has felicitated with the Deputy Speaker, Rt Hon Arthur Akpowowo, on his 53rd birthday.

Rt Hon Guwor who described the Deputy Speaker as a reliable colleague, wished him grace upon grace as he celebrates another birth anniversary in good health and happiness.

The Speaker in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Nkem Nwaeke, said Rt Hon Akpowowo’s dedication to duties and state’s development has been truly inspiring.

Guwor prayed to God to continue to grant the Deputy Speaker the wherewithal to sustain his rising profile in public service.
