Gov Okowa to Present 2017 Budget to DTHA

Delta State Governor, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa will tomorrow 10th November 2016 appear before the Delta State House of Assembly to present the 2017 Appropriation Bill.

The presentation of this appropriation bill before the House of Assembly will give the honourable members the insight into the structure of the proposed 2017 budget.
