Gov. Okowa Commission Projects at Oshimili South Local Government

Delta State Governor, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa today commissioned several projects executed by Pastor (Barr) Chuks Obusom to mark his 2nd Year Anniversary as Chairman of Oshimilli South Local Government Area of Delta State.
