Funke Akindele’s latest film, “Everybody Loves Jennifer”, has achieved an unprecedented milestone by becoming Nollywood’s biggest debut.
Following a sold-out UK premiere, the award-winning actress took to Instagram to share her excitement.
Akindele posted a photo via her X handle showcasing the movie’s impressive box office numbers, revealing a debut gross of ₦87.8 million and a current total of over ₦205 million.
In her caption, Akindele expressed heartfelt gratitude, writing: “Thank you Lord!!! Thank you Nigeria!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!”.
