Elumelu Celebrates Delta First Lady, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori @ 54


The immediate past Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Ndudi Elumelu, OON has felicitated the wife of the Delta State Governor, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori on her 54th birthday.

In a statement on Monday, February 5, 2024, Elumelu described Deaconess Tobore as a humble, kindhearted, God-fearing and an exceptional woman of great character who has remained a jewel of inestimable value and a pillar of support to her husband, especially in his years of selfless service to our State.

He further described her as a beacon of hope given her life-changing roles for the less privileged in the society and the State in general.

Elumelu applauded her for the activities of her pet project, ‘Your Matter Charity Foundation’ especially in using the foundation towards alleviating the plights of the less privileged in the State.

The Foundation he said, is helping in no small measure in expanding the concept of her husband’s people-oriented M.O.R.E. Agenda.

While praying for Good health and many more momentous years ahead for the first Lady, Elumelu urged her to continue to remain a source of joy and strength to the Governor, support base and inspiration to the less privileged in the society as well as Deltans as a whole.

“On behalf of my beloved wife, and the entire Elumelu family, I heartily rejoice and congratulate Her Excellency, on this auspicious day of your 54th birthday anniversary.

“Our sincere prayer is that God in His Infinite Mercy will continue to uphold and shine his face on you, sustain and keep you for His glory and for the benefit of humanity,” Elumelu played.
