Deltans Should Support Governor Okowa for 2019 – Diden


…Distribute gifts to Deltans.

The member representing Warri North Local government Area at the Delta State House of Assembly Hon. (Dr) Mike Diden has called on Deltans to continue their loyalty and total support for Senator (Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa led Governor for more dividends of democracy.

The Lawmaker who fielded questions from journalists on the occasion when he hosted members of  Delta political Vanguard in his compound in Sapele, said even though there are two school of thoughts/critics, where one said the Governor has not performed, yet he (Diden) knows that he has indeed done very well, he remarked that “What they wanted is that Okowa should do more”.

He advised Governor Okowa to concentrate on roads since that is the basics for development across the world before other projects could follow, stressing that all links roads in the cities should be constructed too to give face-lift to the cities and communities in Delta state, predicting that Governor Okowa is also the  governor for Deltans come 2019 considering his good works.

Hon. Diden said he did not know Deltans have much love for the Governor like this, if not for the rally across Delta State including his local government at Koko Headquarters of Warri North where an overwhelming crowd received him to his amusement and surprise.

He told journalists that his 2019 Senatorial ambition is gazetted by the grace of God, revealing that  he is the next Senator to represent Delta South come 2019 where the people will expect much goodies from him and experience what they have never seen before now as they will never be disappointed.

Meanwhile, Hon. Mike Diden and his wife Evang. Mrs. Mary Diden has distributed thousands of bag of rice, live and frozen chicken, Rams, cows, assorted drinks to Deltans for the 2017 Christmas celebration. Hon. Mike Diden who addressed journalists while the exercise of distributing the items to the mammoth crowd lasted, said the exercise is a yearly event from him and his family to put food on the table of the masses at Christmas which is the session of given because of Christ who came to die for our place.

He added that God willingly, the exercise would be sustained yearly according to the resources at his disposal urging his people to continue to support his Senatorial ambition as he means well for all of them.

Hon. Diden urged all Deltans to emulate his good gestures so that no Deltan will be hungry, and that they will always have food at their table especially the less privileged ones that cannot fend for themselves.

Some of the people who received the Christmas gift from Hon. Diden and family appreciated God for his life, while praying that Good will continue to give him more good health and more wealth so that he will continue to do good for humanity.

Mrs. Ufuoma Okpako, Mrs. Ejuomafuvwe and Miss Tosan Emiko said Hon. Diden is a very good man who always remember them at Christmas for more than fifteen years now, while praying that God will always remember him and his family as all the people “ chorused Ejele for Senator 2019 carry go”
