Delta Speaker, Guwor Extols Tompolo at 53rd Birth Anniversary


Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has congratulated High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, popularly called Tompolo, on his 53rd birth anniversary.

The Speaker in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Nkem Nwaeke, described Tompolo as a legendary leader whose guidance, wisdom, and inspiration have shaped countless lives in the society.

He also stated that the commendable role the celebrant has been playing in securing the nation’s economic gold mine, has earned him several awards in recent times from government agencies, notable organizations and private establishments.

Rt Hon Guwor who is the National Treasurer, Conference of Speakers of States Houses of Assembly, urged High Chief Ekpemupolo to remain focused as a champion of peace, equity, fair play and sustainable development.

Urging him never to be distracted in his efforts for a greater Nigeria, the Speaker on behalf of constituents and associates felicitated with Tompolo on the birthday celebration and prayed that God should grant him sound health, peace of mind and more positive testimonies in his quest for a better society.
