Delta Speaker Condoles Former Deputy Governor Otuaro Over Mother’s Death
Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has conveyed his empathy, respect, and admiration for the late Mrs Pinapina Otuaro of Oporoza Community in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South West local government area, who passed on in the early hours of Wednesday, 12 February 2025 at 87 years.
The Speaker particularly condoled the eldest child of the late octogenarian and immediate past Deputy Governor of Delta State, Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, over the demise of his dear mother.
Rt Hon Guwor, in a statement he endorsed personally, said he was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Mrs Otuaro, popularly called Nene, who was a mother to many, including himself.
The Speaker stated that from his growing up to his present age, the late Mrs Otuaro had always been there to provide guidance in achieving the very best in life.
Guwor said his heart goes out to the entire Otuaro family during this incredibly difficult time, stressing that late Mrs Otuaro was an extraordinary woman, and that her legacy will live on through the countless lives she touched.
The Speaker said he has fond memories of Nene Otuaro’s warmth, kindness, and generosity, which inspired many in the present generation.
Rt Hon Guwor, on behalf of his immediate family, people of Warri South West, and the Delta State House of Assembly, expressed sincerest condolences to the Otuaro family for the immense loss.
“My dear Boss, may you, the entire Otuaro dynasty, and all of us Nene made positive impacts in their lives, find comfort in the knowledge that she will always be remembered and cherished.
“Please accept my sympathies, and I pray that God grants our Nene eternal rest”, Guwor prayed.
