Delta Speaker Commiserates with Victims of Amukpe Market Fire Disaster

Speaker of the Delta House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Monday Igbuya has commiserated with victims of Thursday, January 12, night fire disaster at a section of the Amukpe market in Sapele.
The Speaker expressed sadness over the market shops, goods and other items consumed by the inferno.
He noted the anguish and depression the affected traders would be going through particularly at this time Nigeria is experiencing severe economic challenges.
While thanking God that no life was lost in the disaster, Igbuya pledged to assist the victims within his capacity and promised also to reach out to the State government to intervene with some relief materials.
