Delta APC State Working Committee Unveils Osanebi as Deputy Governorship Candidate
The Deputy Governorship Candidate of the APC, Rt. Hon. Friday Osanebi was today officially unveiled by the APC State Working Committee, SWC, led by the Chairman, Don Omeni Sobotie.
Unveiling Osanebi during a strategic meeting of the SWC at the state party secretariat in Asaba, Sobotie said the choice of Osanebi as Deputy has proven to be the very best in the history of Delta, because since Osanebi’s emergence, the broom revolution has swept across all nooks and crannies of Delta.
Osanebi in his remarks, appreciated the support his nomination got from members of the SWC and promised not to disappoint their trust.
In another development, as the race for 2023 heats up, the endorsement for the Governorship and Deputy Governorship Candidate of the All Progressive Congress, Sen. Ovie Omo-Agege and Rt. Hon. Friday Osanebi has continued to come in from deltans across the state.
Today in Asaba, 100 Percent Osanebi Group, Osanebi Women Vanguard, Osanebi Gallant Women Network, Delta State Youth Council, Pan-Niger Delta Youth Council Association and the leadership of Abuator Community endorsed the joint gubernatorial ticket of Agege and Osanebi.
The groups said they were all excited by the emergence of Osanebi as the Deputy Governorship Candidate of the APC.
They said Osanebi has distinguished himself over the years in service and leadership, adding that Osanebi’s track records makes it easy for the people to identify with him.
Responding, Osanebi thanked the groups for their unflinching support and asked them to hold him accountable if the APC fails Deltans when elected.
