For the avoidance of doubt, the Party wishes to notify its members and the public that at no time whatsoever was such a committee ever set-up by the State Executive Committee to conduct any probe of the state chairman.

Moreover, the individuals who mischievously engineered this malicious publication have since been suspended and removed as Party officers as a result of a vote of no confidence passed on them in line with the Party’s Constitution and by virtue of their suspension, whatever action(s) taken by them is illegal null and void and of no consequential effects.

The Party therefore issues a 48 hours ultimatum/warning to the members of this illegal ad hoc committee to immediately renounce/recant their membership and involvement in this kangaroo contraption or be prepared to face severe disciplinary actions/consequences in strict compliance with the Party’s Constitution as the Party will not condone any act of lawlessness and indiscipline.
