DELTA @ 27: It Can Only Get Better – Macaulay

As eulogies trail the existence of Delta State at 27, former Secretary to Delta State Government, Comr. Ovuozourie Macaulay has expressed optimism in the development of Delta State.

Macaulay in a chat with newsmen, stated that Delta State like every other state has had its challenges, but has survived against all odds.

He said that Delta State though laced with certain peculiarities like multi ethnicity has remain one indivisible unit with focused leadership and citizenship alike.

According him, it can only get better for the state, because it has a strong foundation of development to build on.

The former labour leader, called on Deltans to keep the peace and contribute their quota to the further development of the state.
