Delta 2019: Osanebi Felicitates With Okowa On His Emergence As PDP Gubernatorial Candidate

The Deputy Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Friday Osanebi has felicitated with Governor Ifeanyi Okowa over his emergence as the governorship candidate of People’s Democratic Party, PDP, in the 2019 general election.

Rt. Hon. Osanebi in a statement said “the affirmative governorship primaries that produced Dr Okowa as the PDP candidate for Delta State speaks  volumes of a party that recognizes the need to reward hard work and diligence”.

The Deputy Speaker who described Dr. Okowa as a man with strong character, said “being a sole candidate for the race was a clear testimony of Okowa’s genuine development efforts in the state”.

Rt. Hon. Osanebi noted that endorsing Okowa to fly the PDP flag in the 2019 general elections will surely give victory to the party, stressing that the development strides of the governor across the state had made campaigning for his reelection easy for the party.

The Deputy Speaker emphasized that “PDP had spoken the minds of the generality of Deltans who desire good governance at all times”, stressing that APC has no stake in Delta State.

While urging Deltans not to be deceived by the antic of APC, the Deputy Speaker urged the people to prepare to give Okowa and all PDP candidates that will emerged in the ongoing party primaries landslide victory in the general elections.

He assured the people of Ndokwa East constituency of more quality representation, stressing that he would continue to work with critical stakeholders to attract development to the area.

Osanebi charged the people to support his reelection bid to the Delta State House of Assembly for a greater and more prosperous Ndokwa East, maintaining that the local government area deserves the best at all times.
