Breaking: Donald Trump Sworn in as 47th US President

Donald Trump has taken the oath of office as the 47th President of the United States, marking a rare comeback four years after losing to Joe Biden.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by notable figures, including the world’s richest man, Elon Musk, Meta boss Mark Zuckerberg, Amazon chief Jeff Bezos, and Google CEO Sundar Pichai. Musk, who donated a quarter of a billion dollars to Trump’s election campaign, is set to lead a cost-cutting drive in the new administration.

In a departure from tradition, Trump’s inauguration was held indoors due to frigid weather, the first time since Ronald Reagan’s inauguration in 1985. Former President Biden, despite Trump’s refusal to attend his inauguration in 2021, was in attendance, along with former presidents Barack Obama, George W. Bush, and Bill Clinton.
