BREAKING: Another Labour Party Member Defects to APC

Mr Ajang Iliya, a member of the Labour Party in the House of Representatives, has switched allegiance to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
This development was announced during Thursday’s plenary session after a letter from the lawmaker was read.
According to VANGUARD, in the defection letter, Ajang cited the ongoing crisis within the Labour Party and his desire to align with the APC’s national development agenda under President Bola Tinubu. Ajang represents the Jos South/Jos East Federal Constituency in Plateau State.
Ajang’s defection comes after Labour Party lost five of its members in the House to the APC, less than a week ago.
