Amgbaduba Charges PDP Aspirants to Take Results of Primaries in Good Faith


Ahead of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) primaries due to commence later part of the month, the chairman of the party in Delta South Senatorial District, Prince Emmanuel Amgbaduba, has advised aspirants to take the result of the primaries in good faith.

Prince Amgbaduba, who addressed journalists at the Government House Annexe in Warri, Delta State, soon after the meeting organised at the instance of the Deputy Governor of Delta State, Deacon Barr. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, explained that the meeting was to strategised ahead of the elections and to advised all aspirants to play the game by its rules.

Prince Amgbaduba, told the aspirants that they should know that after the party’s forthcoming primaries, “they are one, before, during and after. And as such should endeavour to accept the out come of the primaries in good faith. While assuring them that” primaries would be conducted transparently in the interest of equity, fairness, and justice to all, that is the meeting we just hard with the various aspirants from Delta South Senatorial District.

He added that ” the primary objective of the meeting was to assure aspirants of level playing field for all, There will be no imposition, no anointed candidate, there is no government House candidate. Go to the field, talk to yourself of who you want to work with. To step down for one another, you are quite welcome to do so. Do not use your  selfish objective to jeopardized the chances of our party in the up coming election.

The chairman continued “after primaries, we will still see ourselves as one, and we will fight as a united front against any body that will want to wrestle power from PDP in Delta South and Delta State in General.
