Ajudua Seeks Constituents Support For Re-election


… Says She Has Provided Quality Representation To Oshimili North Constituency

The Chief Whip of the Delta State House of Assembly and Member Representing Oshimili North Constituency in the House, Hon Pat Ajudua said she had provided quality representation to the people of Oshimili North and solicited for their support for another tenure.

Hon Ajudua flanked by her husband, Chief Fred Ajudua and hundreds of her teaming supporters, stated this while on consultative visit to the executive of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP Oshimili North chapter to intimate them of her desire to seek for reelection into the state legislature.

The Lawmaker who enumerated a good number of the projects that cut across all sectors of the economy with direct impact of the lives of the indigenes of the local government including rural communities, noted “I have attracted enormous development projects that have raised the standard of lives in our constituency. Together with my husband, development of Oshimili North has always be of top priority. My desire to seek for election into the Delta State House of Assembly under the platform of PDP was born out of the desire to attract more development to the people”.

“I have consulted with my leader, Senator Peter Nwaoboshi. He is aware of this my visit today to the local government party exco and have given me his support and blessing. I have never and will not disappoint you my people. I have represented you well and will continue to the glory of God and support from the people of Oshimili North”.

For his part, Chief Fred Ajudua enjoined all to support her wife to victory and to shun all lies and manipulation by a few individuals, stressing that only God gives power, even as he drew analogy on how Dr Ifeanyi Okowa became the governor of Delta in 2015 despite the intrigues by some persons that characterized the processes.

“I thank you my wonderful people of Oshimili North for your supports. I have lived a life of service to the people. My desire remains to abolish poverty in Oshimili North and turn the local government to what it should be. As long as I remain the monitoring unit in my wife’s politics, she will continue to prosper. I enjoined all to support her to victory”. Experience counts and she has all it takes to sustain the tempo of development in Oshimili North Local Government Area. This consultative visit is not for the exco to endorse my wife but to inform you of her desire to return to the state house of Assembly and solicit your supports”.

The Coordinator Princes Pat Ajudua Project 2019, Chief Tony Ogbo in a five paged presentation entitled “Time to Separate the Boys from the Men in the Delta State House of Assembly Race for 2019”, enumerated forty one key projects attracted to Oshimili by Hon Pat Ajudua as well as ten bills and motions she sponsored on the floor of house.

Chief Ogbo maintained that Hon Ajudua has in the last ten years delivered the dividends of democracy to the people, stressing that her projects cut across all the ten wards in the local government area.

He disclosed that Hon Ajudua had wanted to vie for the House of Representative to represent Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency, but like a well grounded and seasoned politician, she has doubled checked the political parameter and came to the conclusion that there is no vacancy upstairs for now hence her decision to return to the state house of Assembly for last tenure.

The PDP Chairman for Oshimili North, Chief Nduka Ogwuda acknowledged the contributions of the Ajuduas in the development of the local government area and Nigeria society at large and commended the efforts.

Chief Ogwuda who later prayed for Hon Ajudua enjoined her and her supporters to go about the campaign peacefully.
