2015 Civil Service Recruitment: Affected Candidates To Undergo Screening April 10-25


The 9-man committee constituted by the state government to investigate the circumstances surrounding the aborted recruitment exercise in 2015, has concluded arrangement to screen the affected persons from 10th to 25th April, 2019.

The Association of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria Conference Hall, Opposite SUBEB, Maryam Babangida Way, Asaba is the venue for the screening exercise slated for 10.00 a.m. prompt each day.

A statement signed by the Director of Information, Mr Paul Osahor JP, said the screening of candidates from Delta North will come up 10th April, 2019 for those from Aniocha North, Aniocha South, Oshimili North and Oshimili South LGAs while those from Ika North East, Ika South Ukwuani, Ndokwa East and Ndokwa West LGAs will have their turn 11th April, 2019.

The statement said candidates from Delta Central Senatorial District will have their turn on16 April, 2019 with Ethiope West, Ethiope East, Okpe and Uvwie LGAs while on 17th April, 2019 will be for Sapele, Udu, Ughelli North and Ughelli South.

According to the statement, candidates from Delta South Senatorial District will be screened on 23rd April, 2019 with Isoko North, Isoko South, Patani and Bomadi LGAs while on 24th April, 2019, those from Warri North, Warri South, Warri South West and Burutu LGAs will be screened.

A mop up screening exercise, the statement further stated will come up on 25 April, 2019 and all affected candidates are to appear before the committee with the originals of their documents to assist the committee determines their suitability for the desired employment.

The statement listed the documents to include online registration slip, appointment letter, birth certificate or age declaration, qualifications obtained, NYSC/Exemption certificate and letters of identification from candidates’ local government of origin, traditional ruler, councilor, and community chairman or leader or president general.

The affected candidates, the statement noted, are to commence registration formalities by 9:00 a.m. prompt each day.
