17th Year Anniversary: Ashakah Congratulates Kestin Pondi

A former Senior Special Assistant to the Delta state government, Hon. Ashakah Orobosa has congratulated High Chief (Engr.) Kestin Pondi on his 17th year’s marriage anniversary.
